We are currently expanding our US IT Recruitment team in our offshore center at Chennai.

Position : US IT Recruiter.

Qualification : Any graduate or post graduate.

Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (India time) (Monday to Friday).EST.

Salary : Market based.

Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Should have good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should be an extrovert with high energy and a positive approach.
• Should be a quick learner and target oriented.
• Should be a self-starter and Good team player.
• Should have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
• To handle the day to day recruitment cycle. Experience in C2C,C2H and W2.
• Sourcing the profiles from the job portals(DICE, Linked In).
• Job posting on job portals and short listing the profile as per requirement.
• Good knowledge in negotiating rates and finalizing the billing rates as per the client’s requirement.
• Experience in recruiting OPT EAD,H1B,GC EAD,GC and USC candidates.
• Responsible for scheduling interview time slots for the shortlisted candidates.
• Responsible for following and passing out pre and post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, area of improvement.
• Responsible for joining formalities.
• Managing daily recruitment reports.
• Track the submissions, call trackers and make regular follow-ups.
• Manage and track the record of vendors and suppliers which helps in building strong networks.
• Should have good idea of all technologies that includes (SAP, Workday, Microsoft Azure, Java and other technologies.
