IT Systems Analyst:
Gather, analyze, review user requirements. Design system specifications. Develop and implement IT applications in distributed computing environment. Design data / work flow, analyze data process, automate, improve / enhance IT systems.
Develop new modules and applications as per user requirement and enhance existing applications. Deploy code, monitor applications, scripts and databases. Perform application testing and validation and develop system documentation. QA (functional / systems/ UAT) test analysis. Participate in support and enhancements with extended involvement in full SDLC.
Education required: master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or related. Foreign education equivalency accepted, including combination of degrees.
Experience required: 12 months of post education work experience required in job offered or as Analyst / Developer / Programmer or in related jobs using at least six technologies in overall technical environment of; Visual Basic (VB), .Net, C#, C++ , ASP, WCF, SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, IIS, Web Services, SOA, Ajax, XML, WSDL, HTML, CSS, QlikView, SSIS, SSRS, Java, J2EE, Rational, Quality Control, ALM, Agile, UNIX, Windows, etc.
May need to work in unanticipated client locations within the US.

- Responsible for scheduling interview time slots for the shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for following and passing out pre and post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, area of improvement.
- Responsible for joining formalities.
- Managing daily recruitment reports.
- Track the submissions, call trackers and make regular follow-ups.
- Manage and track the record of vendors and suppliers which helps in building strong networks.
- Should have good idea of all technologies that includes (SAP, Workday, Microsoft Azure, Java and other technologies.
